Residential Refrigerator locking mechanisms

I own a 2017 Bounder 33C  with residential refrigerator.  The refrigerator came with two black rotating steel bands that is supposed to prevent the 2 upper doors and the freezer from opening while driving.

They have bent and no longer work.  The newer Fleetwood Bounder have two or three push hooks that click into a slot to create a firm lock for upper & lower doors.

How do I get these new clasps for my refrigerator??    What is the name of the manufacturer of those clasps, please??

    Thank You

    Hello Fred:

Well my pain is your gain! Since we have sister coaches, I went through the  latch debacle first I guess. So attached are the RV blueprints. The brand of the latch is LAMP HC-85. Obviously cheaper on Amazon than my purchase through REV! But one of us had to run into the windmill first,  to get this info., I guess it had to be me! And that is why we have these clubs to help each other!

Happy Camping & Keeping Stuff in the refrigerator where it belongs!

    Hey Dan:

Thanks for the info and attachment!  The latches on the Samsung fridge in our 2017 Storm are not ideal and I’ve been looking for alternatives.  I think you may have provided a great solution.  I’ve ordered a couple of the latches (Amazon) and will see if they work on our unit.  One thing I noticed was that the catch portion shown in the schematic is a bit different than the one shown in the Lamp literature on the last page.  The one in the schematic has an offset, plus two of the the three screw holes are elongated.  The one in the literature shows a flat catch with all round screw holes.  In any case, I’m hopeful.  Thanks again.

Definitely  happy to help! Those first latches they made were nuts! If you read some of the comments on Amazon one couple just used a strong double sided tape to attach the latches and plates and they said it was holding fine. So who knows!
