Does the 2017 38' Pace Arrow have a new front generator cover like the 2017 Discovery? I have a terrible wind roar at about 65 mph. I think it comes from bad fit between generator door and frame but not sure.

After four trips to the Riverside Ca. Fleetwood repair center which fleetwood decided to close, ( thank you fleetwood for leaving So. Cal owners high and dry) the wind noise on my 2017 pace arrow lxe was fixed.  There is a one inch gap where the curved part of the hood sits above the body.  Well that is the area where the wind  would get in.  The fix was glueing rubber door seal in that gap.  The Excess wind noise is gone.  The coach is so much quieter we can actually listen to the radio while driving down the road.

Sorry for all the headaches that should have been taken care of by quality control at factory.   I guess we were so fortunate with our 2014 Bounder 36E,  she has been a dream, have 23k on her, little has been wrong w her..fingers crossed...

We had a similar issue with our '14 Southwind.

We had the chassis A/C Blower Motor replaced in May '17 (bearing noise) and after that 2 dash vents and the driver's floor vent had no air flow.

My mechanic removed the kick panel on the passenger's side and found that when the blower motor was installed, a foam filter within the duct system had been folded over and was blocking the air flow.

After removing the foam, all vents work great.

He also determined that either Ford or Fleetwood never charged the A/C system during manufacturing. The system was bone dry?

A simple fix by a licensed A/C tech and $200.00.

So much for the Dealer's pre-delivery inspection forms.
