Is the propane valve open?
Look at the brand and model of your furnace, then do a google search with the brand, model, and add "manuals". You can almost always find manual downloads that you can print.
I had the same problem on my 2018. . There are downloadable manuals on this forum on the home page and youtube videos. If the fan is running but furnace will not fire, remove the sensor from the side of the furnace. It is a small blade and micro switch that senses air blowing. If it has dust on it it will not allow the switch to engage and the furnace will not light. Easy fix.
