we have a 2018 fleetwood southwind 35k model and our outside radio works fine except no sound . we did have tv reception and noticed the sound from the tv is ok . the radio must use the two speakers on either side of the radio which are not producing any sound ! suggestions? thank you .

I have a fleetwood fortis with speakers inside and two outside. The radio in in the bedroom. For the outside speakers to work I have to pick those speakers on the radio. Hope this helps.

Robert, what is on the backside of the TV & Radio? In our RV it's the under sink cabinet. We accidentally caught one of the plug wires on the back of the radio and had similar issues.

So make sure your radio is set to something that plays sound (Bluetooth, or radio etc) and then check the connections in the back of the radio under the cabinet, or behind the couch or whatever is on the inside of the coach.

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO. OUR OUTSIDE RADIO BACKS UP TO UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK! THERE IS A FELT COVER BOARD AT THE REAR OF UNDER THE SINK WHICH COULD BE REMOVED TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE RADIO AND SPEAKERS OR I WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE STEEL PANEL WHERE THE TV IS MOUNTED FROM THE OUTSIDE . i DID E MAIL THE FLEETWOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS FOR THE LAST YEAR ON OTHER ISSUES BUT LATELY I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONCE TO QUESTIONS?? MAYBE I DO NOT HAVE THEIR NEW ADDRESS OR THE FACTORY GOT RID OF THAT GROUP? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOILD BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.
