Occasionally, after flushing, the toilet leaks the fill water out of the toilet basin and the vacuflush starts pumping again.  I'm assuming that it has lost the seal in some way.  Anyone had any problem with this?  Any solution/s?  Thanks.

Occasionally have that problem too.  There is a tool supplied in the packaging and instructions found in your document folder.  It's thin white plastic strip about 6-8" long.  You turn the water off, vacuum off and insert the tool and scrub the seal / knife valve.  I usually drag it over once and that does it.  I have do this maybe once a year and it solves the problem

Yes, we had that same problem when the motorhome was new. We had Vacuflush service loofa at it. They found that the seal between and the floor was not properly installed by Fleetwood. The toilet is attached worth 4 bolts, these bolts are supposed to be tightened "sequentially' similarly to tightening the wheel lugs on a car. Not installing it that way cause the seal to be compressed more on one side causing a leak on the opposite aide. Vacuflush corrected the installation......NO more problems (2+ years)

We had the same problem with a brand new 2012 Southwind.  It was initially clear that the front toilet was losing water due to the system vacuum.  We had the toilet seal replaced by a local technician even though the vehicle was still under warranty (we didn't have access to a Fleetwood dealership).  The problem persisted even though the second toilet didn't lose water.  We finally took the motorhome to Fleetwood's service centre in Indiana.  They replaced the rear toilet and the problem was resolved.

Yes just cleaned the seal ring with the brush that came with the coach in the bathroom.

I never got this tool when I purchased my 2010 Bounder 35H. Where or how do you get one?

My Vacuflush was recycling every 15 min., so I knew something was wrong. took it back to dealer and he tightened and checked seals yada yada.  Took it out next time and all was well.

No brush or tool was included.  I shall inquire.

We have an 08 Southwind.  Problem is similar but there is always water in the toliet bowl.  Problem started when the sewer pump was replaced in Aug 11 and again in  May 12.

I have the vacuflush system in my 08 Bounder. I don't have any troubles YET, but I have some questions, such as where is the fuse location, and how do I gain access to the vacuum motor?

    Thanks, Bruce
