replaced trimark exterior lock and still have same problem-thought it was the lock set but now will not unlock the latch when pull on handle-anyone replaced the interior lock part which seems to be the problem? had to cut out old lock as all windows were locked ance when pull on the outside handle won't unlatch

2 things to check, the rod that actually releases the mechanism may be bent, or the nut you access from the edge of the door may be out of adjustment. If it is too tight it won't release, if it is too loose it won't release. I always test before closing the door.

I have a Trimark system on my 2010 Revolution 42w. At first it locked everything - basement doors and entry door. Then it only locked some of the basement doors and the entry door. Then it would only lock the entry door! Now nothing works. I have replaced the batteries in the remotes and have ordered new relays for the system.

We'll see what happens?

Any ideas?
