switch in electronics bay set so light is off

the TV is set to Antenna

outside cable is connected to fitting in the electric bay

Go to settings, channels, auto tuning

once it finds channels tune TV normally

If that is what you are doing, 2 possibilities, 1 park cable needs special box or is dead, 2 cable from outside to inside has a failure point.
