I assume your locks are the same as on the Discovery. They are made by HWH and have a separate controller that is usually located on the ceiling of one of the center of the coach pass through basements next to the Lippert/Powergear slide controller. The slide controller sends a signal to the HWH box which retracts/extends the locks and sends a signal back to the slide controller. Irrc, there is a blade fuse between the two. I'd check that first.
If you pull the front cover off the box inside the overhead where the slide lock is located, you will see the motor and mechanism. There is a two wire connector beside the motor. If you unplug the connector and apply 12V directly to the motor, you can manually operate the slide lock. If it goes the wrong way, reverse the polarity. I carry a small 12V battery with me just for this. You can also buy a cigarette lighter plug, put some long leads on it with probes or alligator clips on it for situations like this. I run into someone who needs 12V at least once every trip.
If the fuse is good and you can operate the locks manually, I'd suspect the HWH controller. If the plastic ears have broken on your lock, I make a repair kit.
