Cable TV Connection Quit-2014 Bounder 35K

On a recent trip we were connected to the campground's cable system with no problems.  Both interior TVs were working fine and had 'found' all 49 channels.  Suddenly, both quit  at the same time with the No Signal message appearing.  We tried reconnecting with no luck. We had the campground check our site connection and it was working.  He also checked the cable we were using to connect to the post and it also was working.  We were able to switch to TV Antenna and receive local channels.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Since both TV's went out at the same time and there is not a problem with the park cable, check the switch box especially the cable connector that comes from the park connector.  Also check the connection at your cable input in the compartment.

I had a similar problem. Found it to to be a cable connection on the back of the outlet with the cable/air switch.
