Does anyone rent their motorhome?

We do not live in our motorhome full time so we were looking at renting it out when we aren't using it. It looks like there are a lot of rental sites to choose from, does anyone have a recommendation on which one is the best? Also, we're guessing that we will probably need to hire a tax accountant to help with what is taxable and what isn't....

Cal,

just a couple things to consider:

1. Will the rental company assume all liability if the renter causes an accident?

2. Will their insurance repair or replace you MH?

3. Will your insurance company drop your coverage since you rent, or raise your rates?

Probably a good lawyer to review the contracts from various rental companies is more important than the accountant.
