I have a 2015 fleetwood discovery 40g.
I was having problems with my zone 1 furnace not heating.
After some searching and a technicians help a furnace valve was replaced and with some more searching we found that the flexible (rubber) lp gas line was pinched between the drivers side slide and the exterior wall. Slide was retracted and the line was tied up so it would not get pinched again. Because this is the first time we have needed heat this year we have no idea how many times the line has been pinched with the slide going in and out. Right now the furnace is operating but only putting out a low heat and will not heat the rv properly. The technician feels it is because the line has been pinched enough times that it is not allowing enough gas to the furnace. Am i on the right trac and is this something that Fleetwood should repair as a design flaw??
This seems to me to be a serious flaw that could have been catastrophic had the line actually ruptured with out us knowing.
