Having problem with our coach batteries not recharging. Will recharge some when the engine is running but will not recharge from generator or shore power. Just had the engine oil changed and generator serviced. Not sure they might have changed a setting?  Power control screen shows 50 amp service from shore power. Magnum energy screen shows status absorb 14.4 volts. Amps drop to 0 and everything coach wise cuts off. Both the main and auxiliary battery disconnects switches are on. Doesn’t affect the driving /chassis part of the Rv but everything in the coach part of the Rv.  Anyone had this issue?  Thanks.

If you're having an issue with 50 amp from your generator, check the breaker on the generator itself.  The last time I had service on my generator, they left the breaker off.

just now going throught the OE batteries won't hold charge long issue....with residential refridgerator it makes dry camping iffy....I will pull the batteries and have them tested---a friend had a Forest River, had the same issue, spent a lot to get high end batteries and now has no problem with power...He bough Trojan 105s

follow up to above post....my 4 house batteries were toast after 3 years--pulled out today and they were dry....given their location they are close to impossible to check for level, and would be even more difficult to water as needed....replace all 4 today WITH a watering system...now I can check the level of water on all 4 in a minute, maybe two...should give us way better service

batteries were Duracell 6 volt golf cart batteries at $125 each, and water system was Flow-Rite at $150...the Flow-Rite should decrease expenses going forward, and enable some dry camping with sound sleep....yes, you know sleep goes away thinking about this stuff
