I had all six of my 6 volt batteries replaced a few months ago, I noticed that only my fridg. works when the AC power is disconnected from shore power! did the dealer disconnect something and not connect it when work was complete?
Be sure you battery disconnect switch was not turned on.
That would kill all 12 v power to the coach but the fridge would still work through the inverter
Yes the power switch is in the on position, could it be a fuse or breaker
