I just purchased this coach and the old style Thetford won't hold water. I checked the grove on the flap and it's clear. I'm assuming that the seals on the flap have gotten old and hard. A.m I going down the right path? if so, how difficult is it to repair this? I'm pretty handy with my hands if I have instructions. Thanks for your help.

We had the same problem with the toilet not holding water. There are YouTube videos showing how to replace the seal. I watched quite a few of them, then bought the part and replaced it myself. Wasn't a hard job, a little time consuming. Good luck.
I just replaced the seals in my 2014 Bounder. It takes less than an hour to do. I bought the
replacement seals from Enviromental Marine out of Fort Lauderdale. I think it's about
$40.00 for the kit.
