I recently purchased a 2001 Bounder with about 20,000 miles on it. I went to replace the bulbs in the ceiling lights with brighter LED lights. Even though all the ceiling fixtures are identical with the exception of having one or two bulbs, the LED's don't work in about half of them. Bulbs have same base and fit into the sockets fine, but when I install and turn on the switch, nothing happens.
Has anybody experienced this problem and if so, is there a fix? I have some electrical knowledge and this makes no sense to me. The regular bulbs (1141) work fine in the fixture and all the LED's came out of the same packet. I've tried some of the LED's in the fixtures that worked and they work in those fixtures, indicating that it's not a BAD bulb problem.
Thanks
