2014 Bounder - TV Hookup

I have DISH satellite for the main TV & wish to add a receiver for the bedroom/outside TV. Over the bedroom TV are two HDMI cables and a wall mounted antenna cable hookup. The two HDMI cables have me confused as the 211Z receiver box has only one HDMI port. What other equipment do I need.

The second HDMI cable would be for a DVD/BD player. Our 2016 Expedition is set up the same way.

Thanks Steve, So a splitter is built in to drive the bedroom TV and the Outside TV. That makes sense.

If you look around you will find an HDMI splitter near the bedroom TV. One of the outputs does go to your outside entertainment center. The other to your bedroom TV. In our 2015 Expedition, the Dish receiver and splitter are contained in a cabinet behind the TV. I ordered an RF remote control so that we could control the Dish receiver without opening up the cabinet door to which the TV is mounted.
