We have the Jensen radio in the dash in our 2016 Excursion. The audio quality is poor compared to the OEM vanilla radio in our toad. It picks up the programming but with lots of static in the background and by the time it gets turned up loud enough to hear its all static. Am looking for some feedback about other installations before I take it to the dealer to claim warranty and get told that its normal.  Are others getting clear reception with lots of volume headroom? I'm hoping its a bad unit, bad cable, or bad antenna or some combination of the three because its unusable as a radio as is.
