Fleetwood Excursion wall slide

I have a 2007 Excursion 39V with the full wall slide.  The slide stopped working and will not extend.  Jacks are down, engine running, hooked to shore power.  The first day, nothing moved including the slide locks.  We drove for a day and tried again that night and the locks retracted, but nothing else moved.  I discovered that the TV cabinet door in the bedroom had come open during travel but closing the door did not solve the problem.  The TV door probably was unhooked for at least a day of travel and so the switch could have been damaged by the door moving around.  With the slide in, I can not get to the switch to check it out.  Is there any way to by pass that switch?  Any other suggestions on possible things to check would be appreciated.  The slide is electric.

The problem was the slide controller.  Somehow it had lost its mind and had to be reprogrammed.  Reprogramming apparently takes a special piece of electronic equipment from Fleetwood but once done by a Fleetwood dealer, the slide works okay.  The dealer said the problem was probably caused by some type of power issue but if it happened again, that would be an indication that the controller needs to be replaced.
