Major Squeak in the Entry Door

I have a 2015 Excursion 33D.  A horrible, horrible loud squeak has started coming from the entry door when the coach is  being driven.  This is not simply an annoying squeak,  It is a LOUD, LOUD squeak.  The mother of all squeaks.  When the weather is cool and damp it is at its loudest.  It seems to increase when I turn left.  It doesn't seem to matter if the road is smooth or rough.  It often stops in warm dry weather.  Two different service techs worked on the lock mechanism but could not fix the problem.  I talked to a Fleetwood Customer Service Rep who said it sounded like a shrinking and expansion problem possible involving Styrofoam. However, he knew of no fix.    Has any one else experienced this?  Any suggestions or thoughts?  Thanks in advance.

We have a 2015 33D as well. On first outing we thought the door was going to rattle off the hinges. Stopped in the middle of the first trip and had the front tires pulled and the balance checked. When they put the tires back on some of the rattle went away. We had 4 tires replaced after the second trip due to belt separation. The rattle mostly went away after that. We have recently discovered the frame brackets that connect the coach to the frame have broken. There are at least 5 broken welds on our coach. Check your welds when the leveling jacks are down. See if your frame may be moving separately from the coach.
