I can't get the dash radio to come on, either with the ignition switch on or the rocker switch on the dash.

It did work, then just quit. I've checked all the fuses that I can find.

Funny thing is though, with the ignition switch off, when I push the momentary switch on the dash for the radio, the rear camera comes on.

So, help me out with some clues.
