I purchased my 2004 40 ft.Revolution last year and finally got on top to seal a couple of leaks when I found out that the solar panel is missing. The connection plug is in the air conditioning cover where the panel should be mounted. I am looking for a part number for the panel and is there an after market replacement? Also, should there be an indicator light on the intake cover in the motorhome? If that is missing, will the solar panel still charge the batteries? Also, which batteries do the panel charge? I realize this is a lot of questions however I received no books with the motorhome. I have found an owners manual but not much detail in there. Thanks in advance........Help!!!

Have you tried calling American Coach or Fleetwood?

I believe there is another member with a slightly newer model Excersion and had asked the same question.
I believe it trickle charges the house batteries.
I have a 2016 Southwind and have found the same setup on my front air unit and was curious what it was for.

    Hope this helps.
