Attending rallies is one of the best ways to learn about all aspects of the RV lifestyle...and they are fun. There are dinners, entertainment, seminars and the opportunity to make new friends. There are meetings for first timers where you will learn "whose who" and what to do. So attending any of our rallies not only makes sense, but it will be a very valuable and fun experience.
With respect to the service provided for your coach: On the Home Page click on either the Eastern or Western Rally and you will find a link to the Service Request Form which will explain the company policy with respect to rally service. Over the years we have requested service for things like...the entry step, entry door lock, hot water heater...and they have replaced an arm on a bay door, fixed water leaks/rubber seals, fixed drawers and replaced cabinet/drawer locks, restrung day/night shades, solved electrical problems and problems with our toilet. The list should be a lot longer, but we can't remember all that they have done for us over the years...and we have never been disappointed with the quality of work that they perform.
