Thank you for your input.   Checked with Fleetwood/American Coach  the whole house filter, will filter the water from the source you are connected to as well as the tank if you are using tank water.

Hopefully someone can answer my question. The whole house water filter, does it filter the water from the fresh water tank as well as the city water when hooked up to park utilities. Thank you for your help in helping me to understand how this works. 

That's a great question. We have a revolution with the filter as well. Fleetwood has always been good about answering questions when I call so I bet they'd tell you. 800-322-8216. Besides the in house filter we also use a separate water conditioner at the RV parks water source to help protect the appliances and it's nice to shower with soft water.  Our tank water goes through that conditioner so when we're using tank water it's the same. (I didn't even know about the separate water conditioners until we'd been at a park in Vegas for an extended period of time and noticed the catch tray on the refrigerator water dispenser was turning white from the extremely hard water).
