2004 Bounder 38n

My 'little door' is cracked. Factory replacement door is $96! I've repaired the crack's with fiberglass, now I want to remove it so I can dress the repair and paint. I want to remove the door. It will not flex enough to snap out of it groove.

BTW, the door is 9.25" wide rather than 9.0" which appears to be an industry standard.

Am I missing something?

What does the Fleetwood manual say about getting it in and out of the slot? I just want to know if you found a "how to" manual?

Also, is your veh gas or diesel?

A Bounder 38n is a Diesel Pusher.

I have no manual on how to disassemble the door, that is why I asked the question!

no reason to be snarky with me...just trying to help! Fleetwood parts has never helped me much...might want to try NORTHTRAILRV.COM, and scroll through parts...they may help with how to manual if they have a part for you.
