We have a 2004 Fleetwood Revaluation.  Half the time our generator will not start. We have had it serviced twice now and they say nothing wrong but it does not want to start all the time. We have tried with RV engine running, engine off, and when the RV is plugged into shoreline nothing seems to work. When it does start it runs great. No problems then. Help!!

if the fuel tank is below half full the generator will not start as the pickup for fuel is at the half full height so as to not let you use all your fuel and not be able to get back home , if it will not turn over use the boost button on the dash while the engine is running to boost it to start , lastly check the house batteries with a volt meter to see if they are at least 12.0 volts , any lower and the starter may not engade

I believe the cutoff level on our 2004 Revo is at the 1/4 level. I was under 1/2 this past weekend and had no problem running the gen.

Does it click while going through its warming cycle prior to starting?
