Jacks Won't Drop

We have a 2014 Fleetwood Discovery and have been parked for about 2 weeks with our coach level - jacks down.

Tonight we wanted to switch out the pads we were using and replace with better ones.  Turned on engine and brought up jacks without problem.  Put down our new pads and now the jacks will not go back down.  It goes through the motion on the panel and says it is level but none of the jacks are down.

We are in Kentucky and have had lots of rain.  Could it be a sensor problem?  My husband checked the fluid and it looks fine.  Of course Fleetwood is closed till 8 AM so we can't get any help.  Guess we are glad the jacks are up and not locked down in case of emergency and we have to pull out :-)

    Anyone have any suggestions?

Sometimes a computer just does what it wants! Did you try your slides in and put it in gear, take the brakes off then on again, then slides out, tricking the mother board into action. Literally, the mother board on all these machines, just like our home computer, needs to be rebooted.  I once saw water get into the switch(somewhere near the motherboard) which made the legs do a similar thing... dried up the water  and then it worked properly! Go figure !

Grprppp, yes we put the slides in and moved the rig out and back in.  Still nothing.  We called Fleetwood and they couldn't tell us what the problem is but we are scheduled for warranty work at the factory on Thursday so hopefully they can find out what is going on.

We arrived at Fleetwood on Wednesday and bright and early (6AM) they began work on our repair list which now included the jacks that still would not drop.  Turned out to be jack motor and solenoid.  Can't say enough about the amazing service we have received here in Decatur, Indiana from Fleetwood.  We are still here because they couldn't finish all the work we needed.  Hopefully Monday they will get everything done and we will head back to Kentucky.
