Hi,  Has anyone had the drivers side slide hang up or jam on the entry ramp.  Fleetwood did something with the rollers in November and the slide worked great until today when it caught and would not retract.  It finally moved in but tore a strip of metal on which is now jammed between the ramp and the bottom  of the slide.  I wasn't sure what was going to give first the  motor or the hang up.  Some of these issues aren't DYI friendly.  I'm hoping Fleetwood will respond with help.  Thank goodness I'm still in warranty.  The Front rollers are off the floor when retracted but not the rollers from the center back.

Ken, if you have not already, contact Fleetwood.  My slide will not go flat when out.  Called service location in Decatur IN and scheduled a stop on next trip.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I've had the slide fail to retract on two trips this summer (I'm $400 into getting a mobile tech to get them back in). The slide moves about 4 inches then runs into the ramp (the scary part is the metal plate on the end of the slide arm that keeps flexing about 1/2 inch each time. The first mobile tech readjusted the slides pretty good to resolve the issue until my second trip following his adjustment.

I'm scheduled for a November appointment in Decatur.

I'd be interested to hear whether either of you gets it resolved and what the cause was.
