I have a 2010 Providence 40T. My bedroom slide just started moving a few inches and then stopping while I am depressing the switch.  If I release the switch and the press again, will move a few inches. It will continue in this manner until it has moved about a foot, then continue to open or close the remainder of the distance smoothly and continually.  I don't know if I should be looking at the switch or if there is an issue with the motor.  It does not occur in the same place everytime but does follow the same pattern of  stop, stop, stop, stop and then open or close completely. (Not sure the number of "stops" is always the same.
