The wife and I bought a new 2014 Discovery 40G and love it with one exception. The convection oven doesn't get hot. It comes on and gets warm but won't bake anything.(microwave works great) We had it in for service and the Whirlpool rep said it worked fine. Brought it home and couldn't get the oven over 234 deg F.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the solution. Last time I had it in for service it took 12 weeks because of waiting on rep to show up. I tried to get a rep to come to my house and service it but they don't have one in my area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
