Hello everyone we are new to the RVing well I say we are new, we have just had or motorhome for a year now.  It is a 2009 terra 34b.  Now to our problem that I am hoping someone will be able to help me with.

Our 12 volt system is not working when we are disconnected from shore power or the engine has been  turned off.  When you do turn the engine off I guess some time delay cuts power after 1 minute.  Also we have a 50 AMP SMART EMS by INTELLITEC that has a fuse panel with a 15 AMP accessory fuse that keeps blowing I don't know if that is connected with my problem or not.  All of my 12 volt powered items seemed to be working.  OK this is what I have replaced so far, my engine battery, both of my house batteries ( which was an expensive lesson because both were found to be bone dry).  Any ideas on what I need to check?  Would appreciate any ideas, thanks.
