We have an '06 Providence 39S. We had a guy in the Phoenix area do 8 of ours for $2,300.00. It's through Duncan Systems. His name is Cris Sanchez at 480/227-2358. His email is criss@rvglass.com

They did a nice job and they stand behind their work.

We've used Suncoast in Hudson, Florida, and were very pleased with the result.  They offer on-site parking with hook-ups as part of their service.

We had windows repaired at Suncoast this past February.  Cost was $250  for the drivers window and $200 for the others.  They offer a 10 year limited warranty on the windows they repair.  There is a factory tour showing how they repair the windows.  You may want to call them and make a reservation and let them know how many windows you plan on having repaired.  They get busy that time of year.

The Fog Doctor in AR is very good.  We had windows done on 2 coaches there.

Also Lazydays in FL does windows - had 1 window repaired there.

Most companies charge 200 to 300 per window, check around.
