So I’ve always gone by the yellow Federal Certification Label in my unit, which shows the GCWR at 30,000 pounds.  The Allison 2100 MH transmission is rated for 26000 pounds.  As I understand the Certification Label the manufacturer is required to make sure all components allow manufacturer to post the maximum weight (30000).  What am I missing?
