I have a 2022 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. Recently there has been some water seeping up through a seal in the bathroom floor between the toilet and the sink. Not a lot of water but some occasionally. Any thoughts on what the issue is?

My repair guy pulled the toilet and looked everywhere behind the wall with his camera from the toilet to the sink and found nothing.

I don't want to pull the flooring at this time but will if I have to.
