We have a new 2024 Bounder and after our first trip out; we went to dump and used a new Thetford Titan sewer hose and when attaching it to the motorhome, it felt spongy like the fit around the ears wasn't real tight.  We pulled the lever anyway and "stuff" leaked everywhere!  What the heck!  Is there something we don't know about these hoses not fitting our motorhome?  We've had 5 Tiffins plus another brand prior to this and never had this kind of problem.  Here is the hose we bought on Amazon:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NBEXWCC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1.  Can anyone offer a solution.  I didn't have any success at contacting Thetford.  TIA

I'm guessing the black rubber gasket is missing. Should be inside the female end that connects to your dump out valve.

Thanks but that's not it; it has the rubber gasket.

Oh Evelyn, That's a story that will ripen with age and retelling.

without seeing a pic of the hose attached to the downspout on the rv, not really sure what went wrong.
