I lost 12v power last night while connected to shore power.  Power steps not working. BTW, new to COACH life,  5th wheeler 20 years.  I know I have a learning curve.  ALL assistance/ guidance welcome.

2 switches in control cabinet near entrance door,  one main,  one aux. Guessing these need to be ON for 12v use while on shore power??

I am reading manuals but not fast enough.... help please.  Just purchased,  I know she's "old" but very clean.  Don't believe things were not taken care of.

I replaced 2 engine batteries,  made to trip from Michigan to Maryland.  Guessing need to replace house (6v) batteries.

    810-223-2546 is my cell.

Both Main and AUX batteries in the Power control panel above entry stairs need to be in the OFF position.  If they don't turn them off they'll drain.  When they're on, listen for the relay "clunk" sound coming from chassis batt compartment.  No clunk you have a fuse blown in the BCC box in the chassis battery compartment.  Either F17 or 19 or both.  It's been awhile ;)
