Fuses are only for the DC circuits.  The kitchen outlets are AC which are controlled in the circuit breaker panel and the GFCI.  If only one of your kitchen outlets is not working, it's possible the plug wiring has failed.  

You say the inner tire valve stem is "turned inside" on the rear tires.  That's very odd.  I would take the rig to a truck service center and have that checked out.  The valve stems should be accessible from the outside.

Some rvs have what I’ll call the coffee pot plug.  It faces down from under a kitchen cabinet.   It is a GFCI that many people miss.
