Everything on my RV Comfort.ZC thermostat is lit up but when I push the buttons nothing happens. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

2018 Jeep Wrangler toad.
Mine did the same thing. You can unplug the thermostat from the back and wait about 5 to 10 minutes and it will reset. Good Luck
