I had similar problem on my 2017. The dealer found that there were some bare wires under the driver's side dash that a part of the F-53 wiring harness, which were meant for an electronic trailer brake option. so they left them stripped, they made contact with metal under the dash so the fuses just kept blowing. Once they wrapped them up, problem solved!
