I had a similar problem on my Motorhome where the spout was not long enough and water ran down the windows. II purchased a foot of automotive grade rubber tubing. I cut it to about 3” long then slit the top and slid it over the spout with the slit facing up and put an aluminum screw through the tube underneath to hold it in place. They held up at high speed and I didn’t get any noticeable noise from them.
