Greetings to All,

I have questions about the big red battery disconnect switch in the storage bay of my new to me 2020 Fleetwood Flair 29M.

No matter what position I put the switch in (off or on) the house batteries will still work when I turn them on at the switch just inside the door at the control panel. Why is this? Isn’t the big red switch supposed to disconnect the batteries? The only thing it seems to do is cut power to the inverter?

Also in the owners manual it makes several references to both a house battery disconnect switch and a chassis battery disconnect switch. Is the big red switch for the chassis battery? If not where is the chassis battery disconnect switch?

I really appreciate  any and all advise on this matter.
