We have the propane/Electric 10 gallon water heater but it doesn't work on electric, Model 'GC10A-4E W/P' (94021). Not sure what the W/P means.  I understand the electric connection is in the rear of the tank and not accessible from the sidewalk side of the RV. I don't see any access panels in the front bathroom.  It appears to be installed below inside floor level, any idea on access?

Also has anyone purchased/installed the optional adjustable thermostat?
