1989 Tioga monitoring panel question.

    What is the square digital readout on the left side of the monitor panel with two buttons labeled S1 and S2 for?  My manual doesn't show or mention the monitoring panel at all.

    When I pulled the panel out to check why the fresh water tank level indicators are not working I found out the digital display on the left is a clock. I am still looking for how to trouble shoot the fresh water indicator.
