We have a 2008 Bounder. When you open the coach entry door and look at the side of the dash there is a panel with four switches: Luggage Lights, Ceiling Light, Entry Step, Porch Light. We found out that Luggage Lights switch has to be in the ON position for our storage bay lights to turn on. Don't know if you may have the same set up or not.
