We have been to the Decatur Indiana repair facility two separate times, a few years apart for different issues. Each time we had excellent service. Both of our repairs only took around four hours or less. We arrived at 'Camp Fleetwood' the day before our appointment and left the next afternoon after repairs were completed. When they tell you the time of your appointment, they will be knocking on your door at that time; they were punctual at least in our case.
The length of time you will be there depends, of course, on the repairs you require. The crew is very competent, professional, and we wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Our repairs were fixed correctly the first time, each time. More than you can say for some of our local shops.
