WE HAVE A 2017 BOUNDER 36H.  WE ARE FULL TIMERS.  RECENTLY OUR DINING ROOM SLIDEOUT FAILED TO RETRACT,  WE WERE FORTUNATE TO FIND AN EMERGENCY MOBILE RV TECH WHO WAS ABLE TO RETRACT THE SLIDE OUT, BUT DID NOTFIX THE PROBLEM.

THE SLIDEOUT IS CONTROLLED BY A POWER GEAR DUAL SYNC MOTOR CONTROLLER AND OPERATED BY 2 POWER GEAR MOTORS.  WE WERE TOLD THAT THE CONTROLLER HAD FAILED AND WITH A LOT OF EFFORT WE FOUND A NEW ONE AT REVRV.COM. HOWEVER, IT TURNS OUT NOT TO BE THE PROBLEM.

ANY ONE HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM. WE COULD USE SOME HELP.

I have attached the Power Gear manual that will walk you through the steps to set your stops. Worth a try as that may be the issue.

We have a 2018 Pace Arrow. 3 years ago the bolts closest to the motor for our dinette room sheared. I replaced them and no worries for 3 years. Last week while extending the room, the right failed to fully extend . I was able to push in out fully. However, the left mechanism works and the right does not. I spoke with a local dealership and after discussion and my examination both bolts on the front shaft are stripped. They were not able to find how to access the front drive axle hook-up. Also, there is apparently no way to manually retract the slide otherwise. Any advice would be appreciated from anyone else that has experienced this issue.
