In case you don’t get a reply from someone with your exact model…..
Obviously, access is going to be from behind the tv, wherever it happens to be, unless the tv is mounted to a mount which swings the tv away from the wall or cabinet. I’ve had to remove/replace one tv and access the back of two others in order to insert or remove cables. In one case, access to the main living room tv was actually through the bathroom (removing a picture from the bathroom wall exposed a couple of holes for accessing the tv) In another case, access to the back of the outdoor tv was through removing a panel in a cabinet under the kitchen sink. And lastly, access to the back of the tv in the bunk/hall area was through removal of a panel in the bedroom. You need to become as creative as the original installers sometimes.
