Replacement Tires

    I'm looking at replacing the tires on my 2014 Bounder 35K towards the end of the year or early next year.

    The Michelin 235/80R 22.5 that are on it now and that it came with are very expensive. I am looking for a

    an equivalent tire size. I've researched a few different choices but Michelin has the only true exact

    replacement. I'm not a tire size guy so not sure how much I can change in sizes.

    We changed ours 2014 Bounder 36 3 yrs ago. We belong to FMCA, and with their tite discount program, we saved the cost of one tire. Great experience

    Toni did you get Michelin or a different brand ? I'm looking to replace the Michelin with an equivalent tire, 

    Hopefully I can find a name brand tire and size that are not as expensive as the Michelin.

    We replaced the tires on our 2014 Southwind this year (7 years 40K miles) with Michelins 235/80/22.5. I had joined FMCA specifically for their tire program and quickly found it to be a total waste. My local tire shop beat the FMCA price by almost $1000.

    I would strongly suggest talking with both a tire specialist and even Fleetwood and or Ford about changing tire sizes especially if you are only considering a change in order to save a few bucks.

    Yes, Michelins are a premium tire, but my history on several vehicles with Michelins has all been very positive.

    I will probably end up going with the Michelin , hopefully not till next year though.
