Our awning is dropping down on the front end. As we have no side arms attached to motorhome, how do you correct? We have to lift the awning up with a broom to allow for coverage over the room slide. We cannot leave unit out should a high wind cause it to retract, it would catch on the slide and be further damaged. Can someone please tell me where an adjustment on the sliding arms can be made if that is the problem. Thank you in advance.

Thank you to those who responded. We have found that the awning has actually detached from the roof. We will report back once this has been remedied. Thank you for the uTube video and the manual
