06 Discovery 39L  A steady humming is coming from what I think is the solenoid in the electrical bay.  When I grasp the Trombetta 12V/cont 114-1211-010 I can get the hum to oscillate.  Is it about to die and to replace should we go with the -020 model?  TIA
