We have a GE refrigerator and the fresh part of the refrigerator is cold enough, but the freezer only gets down to 25 degrees. I checked and it is defrosting normally. I have replaced the sensor in the freezer with no change. My other question is how do I remove the refrigerator?  I cannot find any trim pieces with screws. The bottom plastic trim comes off, I can see the frame work and the wheels, but cannot figure out how to remove it. Thanks!

    Dan,

I have a 2013 Expedition that I had to have the fridge removed and I suspect that the mounting may be the same.  The fridges are held in place by lengthening the front bottom legs of the fridge so that the top of the fridge is "jammed" into place under the woodwork above the fridge (there may be a "spacer" piece of wood on top of the fridge).  To remove, shorten the front bottom legs to "drop" the front of the fridge down and and you might be able to pull the fridge out from the front.

Hope this might help you.  Good luck!
